Willowview Hill Farm is set on a south facing side of Bald Mountain located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. With 76 acres of rolling pastureland and hay fields, and a magnificent valley view, and only a short ride to 26 miles of groomed trails on the Catskill Recreation Trail, it is the perfect location to ride and enjoy life.

Facilities include:

* 12 x 12 minimum sized rubber matted stalls. Solid dividing walls,
windows, insulated roof, grilled fronts and good air circulation.

* Lighted indoor arena 200 ft x 70 ft. Recently installed footing.

* Acres of board fenced pastures with run in sheds providing ample
turnout.

* Heated tack room, bathroom and office including laundry and shower
facilities available.

* Access to 26 miles of trails on Catskill Recreation Trail.

* Two resident FEI Grand Prix level trainers on site.

* Supervision of farm and horses 24/7 by on site resident horse person.

* Security cameras and monitoring systems throughout property.

* Organically grown hay home grown on farm provided ad lib.

ensuring clean water and prime soils.

* One hour from HITS Saugerties location. Two hours to Cornell
University Hospital/Clinic and only one hour to Rhinebeck Equine
Hospital Clinic.

* Only half an hour to local college Cobleskill, SUNY Oneonta and
Hartwick College.
